    Hello,
When I use the Remote Assistant and after being authorized to have Full Control, I noticed that I don't have really a Full Control of the compiuter. I opened the Task Manager and I was not able to even scroll down or I started an application with the same problem , not able to control it. I wonder if I need to do something else in order to have a Real Full Control.
    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers,

    Jose

    Hello Jose,

This seems to be some kind of a local issue, I have just reproduced the described behavior and was able to scroll everything normally. Not only Task Manager, but other applications too. Does your mouse use some kind of specific driver or something like that ?

    Hello

My mouse doesn't use any type of driver.
I was trying to help a friend of mine and notice this behavior immediately,'
Do you think that the antivirus of Windows 10 could be responsible for this?
the new version of Window Security brings Tamper protection.

    Could you check this out?

    Cheers,

    Jose

    Hello Jose,

Sure, we will try to reproduce it again in our test lab. Thank you for pointing it out.
