    After entering my email on the download page I don't get the activation code for Remote Assistant from the system, checked spam, all mail, everything (on the gmail account I used to sign-up)

    Is there a time delay before send or am I doing something unsupported?

    Please check Spam folder. It’s being sent right away.

    UPDATE: just retired and still no email in ANY folder... Can't see what else I can do to get the activation code.

    You can click "I don't have the code" button and use your email to register, that should work.
