After entering the activation code I received the message "Freeware Update Failed".
Can anyone help me understand what has gone wrong?

Try using "I don't have a code button and different e-mail". Please let us know how it goes.

Sergey,
Sorry for the long delay in replying.
It continues to fail - we have tried uninstalling and re-installing using a different e-mail address but continue to receive the attached error message.

This is really strange, please contact our support with the Offline Activation code, they will generate the response for you.
