My first post in your forum! Thanks for the opportunity.
I installed MSP360 RA yesterday on my work Windows Server 2012 R2 in Allow Remote Control mode and on my home laptop in Control Remote Computer. It worked well when no one was at work yesterday, but today, when I attempted to remote in, I saw this message:
    "Connecting to SERVERDYS2
[then it lists 2 users in sessions on the server] are already working on Remote computer.
Your connection may pause these windows sessions."
I didn't want to bump them off, so I did not proceed.
Will I bump them off? If so, is there a way to prevent this?
    Thanks
    James

    Hi Forum
I just took a chance and logged on, and, sure enough, one very important user was logged off. Is there a way of preventing this?

If you're using unattended access, then the currently logged in user sessions will be paused while the remote connection is active. If, however, you use the PIN access method (use select Use PIN on the connection screen where the Users are Logged in warning appears), then you will share access with the currently logged in user without pausing their session
