Continuous backup running

    Hello all,

    I have a client that's running managed backup on a Mac, the backup itself is just under 10 gigs. Sometimes it gets stuck at "running" with no indication as to why. I have to stop the backup and run it again. The version is 2.4.0.17 . Has anyone experienced this before?

    Have you opened a ticket with support? Sending the log files from the affected computer will help to troubleshoot what might be happening.
