    We log into the client machine using remote desktop and the pointer is fine.
    When the user opens a remote desktop connection to access our apps the pointer appears with a black box around it when we try and assist them.

    Hello, this is possible for some of the applications due to their UI implementation, which app exactly are you using in this case?

    Thank you for getting back to us.
    WE could see the issue in Word. The pointer was fine in any of the toolbars but the black box appeared when the pointer was over the document itself.
