I'm having an issue with my daily backup.

I have a daily backup (runs Monday through Friday) on rotating external drives. It is an image based back up. Suddenly, when I looked at my restore options, only the previous day's backup plan is listed to back up from. This didn't used to be the case. Not sure what changed. Am I out of luck on getting the other days to show or am I missing something? Thanks.
