We used MSP backup on some workstations to back up all their data. It was all successful. We setup all new windows 10 workstations and installed a new client on them. How can we restore backups from old machines to the new ones? I don't see any options in the MSP Panel as they are all greyed out.

A: Specify the same user account and make sure to choose the same backup prefix in Advanced Settings that you used for initial backup. I assume the original PC is not available to do the restore or it’s not 9n the same network.
