Can not copy or move files between s3 accounts

I was able to use the copy and move feature to move data between s3 accounts but now they are greyed out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still no change. PLEASE HELP need this completed before I hit my deadline. Thanks a bunch!

Unable to move local files and folders to S3
Cannot move files to S3 using Cloudberry Explorer.
If we use AWS-CLI to copy files to the S3 bucket, can ClouldBerry Drive work with them properly ?
Local OneDrive and DropBox install with Files On Demand / Smart Sync enabled
