    If I navigate to the Maintenance tab there is an option to enter "Get confirmation Code" and to use my Order ID. I paid via Paypal so I do not have a "purchase order ID". I only have an order number from "MyCommerce". That's it!

    This is not something we can assist with on the forums. You need to contact Support and provide them all the details and they will assist. Perpetual licenses are good forever, so your licenses will continue to work. The maintenance is for support and major upgrades and the Support team can assist with making sure the purchased maintenance is properly assigned to the licenses in your account.
