    Hopefully an easy one but had 1 single file fail backup with the explaination of the username or password is incorrect, what account is this referring to?
    I think its thrown me that only one file has failed if the backup account is incorrect.

    hard to figure out without looking at the logs. You can look at the logs to see which file is in question. You may also be able to look at the backup details right from the user interface to see which file threw the error to see if there's something about that file that's different.
