I have a several directories of many different media files on my D: disk on Windows 10 with CBB 7.2.2.38 . I wanted to make a backup of this on an external disk with a plan I run manually. I created the backup plan, and included all of the directories I wanted to back up in the plan and added a storage account for the external drive (H:), with encryption and compression turned on.

Everything looks perfect. But when I run the backup plan, only the first directory (full of metadata only) gets backed up, the directories with the actual media files don't get backed up at all. If I run a restore plan it shows the files as choices to restore, but when I run the restore it says that the file isn't in the backup. There doesn't appear to be any error messages or warnings. I don't see anything wrong, but I can't figure out why the files aren't getting backed up. Any ideas?
