CloudBerry Backup / Awaiting Response From Service
When logging into the CloudBerry web access portal (ip address:43212) and using the server login ID and password, I get to the home page just fine (the list of backup plans). However, every second, the page auto-refreshes along with a message along the top "Awaiting response from the service, please wait...". Because of the auto-refresh, none of the other menu options can be picked. CloudBerry version is
. Rebooting the server makes no difference. Appreciate thoughts!
this is a known issue some customers are reporting with that version. It's expected to be corrected in version 3.3.1, but I don't have a release date for it yet. I would recommend you open a support case so the team can review the diagnostic logs. I've added your forum post to the open item.
