Fixing compliancy issues

    Good morning,
    This is more of just a public rant, but we have had a lot of issues related to the compliancy mode on Wasabi.
    One of the main selling points for msp360 to us was that we could use compliancy mode for immutable storage, but we find ourselves having to turn off compliancy mode constantly for weird purge errors, and other random, seemingly unrelated errors.

    Turning off this compliancy mode, even temporarily, kind of ruins the point of immutable storage.
    Hopefully you guys can work on this.

    You would need to report the actual issue you're having to Support. I am not seeing any issues reported in the system, so please report this to support as soon as possible. https://support.msp360.com/

    Can you specify what kind of purge errors you're receiving? We can enable compliance mode for your account if this works better for you. You can request this from the technical support team.
