I have been using Cloudberry Drive for years, without any problem. Earlier this week (maybe after the last Win10 update?), I noticed my drives were not mapped because the service was not running. When I try to start the service manually, I get an error that says it was started, but then stopped.

    Build 3.2.0.2

Looking at the log it says:

Could you try reinstalling Drive? I'm not sure what that missing file is, but if it's installed with the product, a reinstall might address it. I realize the missing file may be unrelated to the drive mapping issue, but let's try the reinstall.

Excellent, that fixed it. Not sure what happened, but thanks!

Great. I was checking with Support, and they confirmed a reinstall usually addresses the problem with that missing file.

If you run into the IPC Port Error again, they recommend you do the following:

Make sure the Drive Service is running and also check that Drive service Recovery Tab (in Services for the CloudBerry Drive Service) is set to restart ion the first and second failures.
