Recover backup plans from cloud storage on new device

Lost a system that was running the backup agent to backup to the cloud. I've already stood up a new device and installed the agent.
VMWare backup - Image Based. I don't need to recover data from the vm's, just the backup plans that were used to backup our vm's.
How can i recover the backup plans that are stored in our cloud storage account to this new server?

From what I recall, you need to register your backup storage, synchronize the repository, and then you'll see your backups and plans in the UI.
