I recently upgraded my Mac to Monterey and I found that the existing Cloudberry backup stopped working with an error message about an SSL certificate.

Some guidance I found said I need to update to the latest Cloudberry version. I’ve done this but when I download and install it on to my Mac and try to run the program, it won’t start.

When I press Option Command Esc, I can force quit the application and it always says “Not responding” next to it.

Also, when I reboot my Mac fully, the start up procedure gets about 75% the way through and then just starts all over again in a continual loop. I had to use Time Machine to restore to a point before I'd installed the latest version of Cloudberry Backup in order to get my mac up and running again!

Anyone able to shed light on this or suffer a similar experience?

macOS Monterey is supported. I would suggest you open a support case to get this resolved.
