Cannot run the backup plan (code: 1701)
Another imaged-based backup plan is running: Image-Based Backup
This is happening on multiple workstations. There is no other job actually running.
I can understand when they overlap sometimes that they won't start the job but I should be able to manually run the job after at the very least. This has only been able to be fixed after doing a restart which isn't an acceptable fix.
Fixed issue by stopping Cloudberry backup service for at least 30 seconds. Tried this before but I immediately stopped and started the service. Waiting was the key.
Jackie, glad you found a temporary work-around. Any chance I can get you to send the logs to Support from the Tools - Diagnostic toolbar option on the client where you were seeing this issue? (You can also do this from the management console on Remote Management from the gear icon on the endpoint in question). I would like for them to review if you have a few minutes to submit. Thanks.
