I have an issue. I have a couple backups that basically stop sending data to S3. Different customers. They will sit there and make no progress for hours. I have asked support but they say keep waiting. Then I was given some generic kb articles. Has anybody else ran into this?
These are Forever Incremental backups to Idrive E2. Also one was a legacy file backup.
