I have tried 2 accounts, with and without 2FA. in-private browser etc.
Are you using Managed Backup? If so, the first link requires you log into the service first. Can you clarify if you are trying to back up an Azure VM using CloudBerry Image Backup?

Ok, so now i have it added, is there a walk through on how to restore from the WEB, NOT the client.
i have setup storage accounts, VN's for both the restore and the temp instance but i cannot get the temp instance to see the storage, VN's are fine but the storage WONT show.
