    Hello, am trying to restore a backup from a Amazon S3 bucket to a VMware ESXI host and i constantly keep getting a "Unable to connect to remote server" error.
    I can ping server ESXI host and i can log into the server from host containing Cloudberry.

    I guess in this case it's better to send us diagnostic logs via tools > diagnostic menu. Make sure to check event logs and VSS info option when sending them.

    Ive been working with a Tech. This is what he said
    "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 52.219.20.88:443"

    I have created a firewall rule to allow all traffic and i have tested from two different ISP's . Since the Tech said it was and ISP issue.

    Yeah, the IP belongs to Amazon, so it is a purely connection issue. Let us know if any further assistance is required.
