I have several virtual machines running over VMWare vSphere 6 and VMWare vCenter Server 6 and I have installed CloudBerry Backup VM Edition for backing up VMs in a Google Cloud Storage bucket.

When I'm configuring cloudBerry I get the following error:

your current license allows you to backup VMWare and Hyper-V hosts with up to 0 sockets in total. Current total socket number is 1. Please upgrade the license or reduce the number of hosts in your backup plans. The VMWare Server is licensed.

How can I backup my VMware virtual machines with cloudberry?

Might be a problem with the trial version.
I suggest to send us the logs via tools > diagnostic menu to troubleshoot that.

Not sure why you're sending me your exported configuration.

I have provided the instructions in the post above:
"I suggest to send us the logs via tools > diagnostic menu to troubleshoot that."
Let me know if they are unclear.
