You can now connect to remote endpoints via a browser directly from the MSP360 web console without having to install the MSP360 Connect client app. Easily connect to several remote hosts at once in separate browser windows.

In addition to all the conveniences of connecting to remote desktops through a browser, you get many of the powerful features of the MSP360 Connect client app, like:
    • Fast and stable connections based on the WebRTC technology
    • Encrypted connection
    • Attended and unattended access
    • Mass deployment of MSP360 Connect agents
    • Multi-admin sessions
    • Text chat
    • And many moreā€¦

This feature is currently in beta and has some limitations:

    1. For Web connection to work, the version of the MSP360 Connect agent on the remote endpoint must be 3.2 or later.
    2. Since this is a Beta release of Connect Web, you need to switch to the Beta version of the Remote Management screen in order to use it. Also the following MSP360 Connect features are currently not supported (support will be added in future releases):
    • Remote sound
    • Black screen and disabling of remote input
    • File transfer
    • Clipboard sharing
    • Session recording (works only on the remote host)
    • Remote printing
    • Multi-monitor support
    3. The following browsers and operating systems are currently supported:
    • Chrome (Windows, Linux, macOS)
    • Firefox (Windows, Linux, macOS)
    • Edge (Windows, Linux, macOS)
    • Safari (macOS)
    4. Web connections from one global region to another are currently not fully supported.
