I need to backup a Windows 2022 Server including a couple of VM and a SQL Database.
Which product will do this? Looking at the comparison page, Ultimate will not backup VM's

You can buy separate licenses for your virtual machines and SQL database and install the product on a VM level.
Also, we are working on an update for the VM backup functionality that will include application-consistent backup that should help with SQL backups
