Hello. I've been trying to perform a simple backup from my Microsoft 365 folders, some of which are not kept locally to an SSD.
    I keep receiving:
    "An error occurred (Code: 1003)"
"Access to the cloud file is denied."

I don't understand, I don't see anywhere to 'allow' or deny access AND setting up the backup regime has access easy enough.
I've never had successful times with any backup software, it may be easier to just do it manually.

Is there a particular box to check or uncheck because at this point, I'm ready to simply uninstall?

    Thanks

Late to the party, and not to pile on, but doesn't this seem to indicate that YOU are not authorized to make back-ups of certain files - by company policies dictated by executives and enforced by the systems administrator(s)? That error message would seem to point in that direction.
This is not a back-up problem. This is a square peg into a round hole problem. If you are not allowed to keep certain files locally on an SSD, you are not allowed to back them up either, end of story IMHO.
