Encryption Options Not Begin Saved

    Encryption options are not being saved with plans created with files / legacy.
    Actually, the plandoes seem to save without issues.
    However, when I try to view/edit the plan afterward, the encryption option is disabled.

    I also just checked a plan that at least a few months old and it has the same issue.

    All assistance is appreciated!
