MSP360 Backup Desktop Edition: Not Receiving Email Notifications
All this week I have not received any email notifications after a backup has completed.
I also use the Windows Server version of this app on a server that does a AWS S3 backups every night. That also has not sent out any email notifications to me all week.
I fixed my MSP360 Backup email notifications not working problem.
First, I changed the notification email address within the app to another email address I have.
When I ran another backup, it sent an email to the new address!!
Second: I changed the notification email address back to my original email address.
When I ran the backup again, it now sent an email to my original address!
BTW, MSP360 support did nothing to assist me with this problem other than sending me to this forum. They never responded to my post.
I noticed this too recenly, when I saw failed backups and no warning emails.
