    Hi all,
    We're working on trying to increase our visibility on failed backups using the subject line.
    I've managed to get the customer name in, but I'm struggling with how to get an error in, should one occur. Has anyone done this before?

    I tried extensively for two years to modify the verbiage in the email notifications to clients as it is not clear and frankly frightens them. But even though I could change the wording of the body by editting the html, I could not get the subject line/ status to appear the way it does with the default.
    Yet no one at MSP360 would work with me to get the custom email notifications to work the way I wanted.
    Maybe I will send in another ticket asking for help.

    Hello Sam and Steve,

    Were either of you able to find a solution?

    We would like to see the result status in the subject line (Complete, Warning, Error) to enable triage automation. Our upstream MSP360 backup provider did not have a readily available mechanism.
