    Version 4.1.4.709

    1. From webui, navigate to Backup Storage
    2. select a backup plan
    3. click 'Delete Backup Data'

Expect the backup data to be deleted.

What happens is that I just get logged out of UI. When I log back in, data still there.

Looking at the log_WebAccess.log, it looks like the server crashes.

It seems like there might be an issue or a bug. Have you already submitted a support ticket for this matter?

How do I raise the support ticket now? When I go to https://support.msp360.com/cases, I can't raise a ticket now because I am not paying a support contract. Just shows me a link for "Buy Paid Support" even though I have a paid licence.

From the management console click Support in the top-right Help section and then you should be able to open a case without an issue.

I have paid "MSP360 Backup for Linux Server Edition". There is no console.

Can you provide me with steps to raise a ticket?

You're using a standalone product. To raise a ticket you need to obtain paid support. Sorry for the confusion.

Looking again at your initial request I see now that you refer to the Linux backup web ui, not the management console web ui. WebUI is in Beta right now and that is the reason for such behavior. Hers is the CLI command to delete the backup date.

cbbV2 storage delete -a "Account Name" -b "Bunch name (Backup plan name)"
