0I had to rebuild a 2016 server and when I went to reinstall the MSP360 Backup Ultimate Backup I am greeted with the attached error. I have C++ 2013 x86 and x64 installed and the issue persists. I have a current renewed license and trying to install the latest version 7.9.1.128.
I also discovered that you need paid support to get help with issues and only this forum is available. Thank you to anyone who can assist.Attachment
