    Hello All,
    We previously used Cloudberry/MSP360 backup with several customers.
    One of our customers has a NAS drive containing a Files & Folders backup of data and are requesting a restore of this.

    I have downloaded the Cloudberry Explorer (Free) and I can browse the NAS drive in question, I can view all the files and folder structure but when I copy a file it is unreadable - for example, a PDF does not open and reports invalid file type.

    I believe this this backup may be encrypted but I am unable to see an option where I can enter a password.

    Any help appreciated!

    You need MSP360 Backup standalone agent to restore. After installation choose "Restore only" mode when starting the agent. Here is the article with more details https://help.msp360.com/cloudberry-backup/restore/restore-only-mode
