Stuck at "Restoring command queue. Please wait"

    Stuck at the "Restoring command queue. Please wait" it's been almost 3 days. I Have Uninstall and reinstalled the software even removing all files from Windows/Program Files. but when I open still popup cam in the software "Restoring command queue. Please wait" not able to perform any operation on the software, need help.
    suggest what I can do to resolve this.

    this issue is resolved,
    i have find cloudberry in c drive and remove all files that have cloudberry in name,
