I've bought a licence in 2012 and have been using it succesfully until I had to install the latest version on a new laptop and tried to connect. I imported my cbbconfiguration file but the backup plans are all stuck on "Synchronization is in progress" for days now. Can I reset this sync? They are AWS Glacier storage accounts.
Is there a way to install an older version of CloudBerry Backup? It worked fine. New version also won't accept my licence key. Thanks.
