I'm a New User of MSP360 and inherited a server backup system that I'm trying to get working again.

I'm trying to understand why I'm seeing my backup plans skip files (Code 1603), I'd like to know which files are being skipped and why. I looked at the Worker logs but couldn't find anything related to files or folders skipped. Initially I thought I was only seeing files skipped that had already been backed up, but now i'm seeing skipped files on a brand new backup plan pointing to a brand new folder on AWS, being run for the first time. Thanks in advance for your insight.

Compression: disabled
Encryption: disabled

Retention policy:
Delete version older than 13 week(s) from modification date
Always keep the last version
Delete files that have been deleted locally after 91 day(s)
