Using remote assistant, the keyboard input from the remote computer is not registering or is registering as different input (I see the TM or other letters when I type). I can use the space bar, enter, switch monitors, just cannot type - in word, excel, or other industry specific programs. It was working earlier and I do not know of any changes and no one is at the other computer. Help?

... well that second log is going to take a while... lol lol lol ...since my connection is View Only - I won't be able to click the log until I'm actually sitting at the remote desktop (5 hours from now)

I drove to the office and it turned out it was keyboard that was failing, so it couldn't send correct characters.
Hope you resolve your issues.
