    Hey guys,
    I am trying to restore from backups that we have on buckets using Backblaze. Every time I try and restore a file, the file does not back up and the status is "Not started". I cannot figure this out and I need help badly! Does anyone have any ideas?

    Better to send us the diagnostic logs for investigation via tools > diagnostic menu. This will create a support ticket automatically.
