Any update on this? I am having the same issue with the exact same verbage. It looks to me that google may have banned Cloudberry's app from using its API. I am that this is something trivial to fix in the app and have google retest.

Where are you backing up the G Suite data? It sounds slow regardless.

Can I ask the regions you are using for G Suite and Wasabi? I'll also ask someone from support to have a look at this post. Assuming the numbers you provided are accurate, 1.46 TB of compressed data has been backed up at about 24 Mbit / Sec speeds, but we'll see what Support says.

For Wasabi eu-central-1. For Gsuite I dont know. We are in Spain

Jose, I checked with team and they would like you to opens support case and include the domain for you O365 account to look into this further. The initial backup usually takes a while and depends on lots of things like the storage size, number of items, and internet connection, but they can assist better. Thanks

Not sure what to do about that? We don't actually use the gmail part of G-Suite -- mainly just Drive now for data, which is what needs to be backed up.

This is what I received from Support.

1) Customer may not be accessing the portal under global admin for their domain (it's necessary for setup)
2) Customer may not have added the domain properly in Managed Backup

So make sure you're using your global admin account. If you are, Support asked you open a support case and provide a screenshot of how the domain has been added in the Managed Backup console - and send them your email address you're using to log in.

Strangely, we have 3 folks in the company that authenticate just fine, and another 2 that get the "app not verified" message.
