0Does the fact I am using the encryption key mean I don't need to enter a PIN number or password to connect onto an unattended computer.
Just wondering why it connects after entering the ID number without asking for PIN or Password.

118No reason that I can think of. I will check with the team. Is there a PIN visible in the Remote Assistant UI on the machine you are connecting to? -

118I'm thinking I misread your post. You are having to login to the remote machine using Windows Authentication, correct? If so, that's designed behavior in that Windows authenticates the unattended access.

0Hello, no not using Windows Auth. I just reset the password and it now asks me for the password when connecting, so I am happy.
