Login Failure Amazon S3

Hello, I am trying to setup a backup Local -> Cloud. I have an account at Amazon, I have a bucket set up on Amazon. I have set my S3 keys both public and private in the cloudberry backup app. When I run the backup manually it fails to connect to Amazon.

I am new to Amazon S3 and I fear that I may have setup the permissions incorrectly. Can anyone point me to a document that describes the correct settings needed for CloudBerry to connect?

Please verify your credentials are typed in correctly for the S3 Storage Account you set up. If you can see your buckets in the Bucket Name, then you are likely set up correctly. Make sure your bucket name is lowercase only and adheres to the Amazon S3 Bucket Name guidelines: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/BucketRestrictions.html

Can I assume you are only backing up data on local hard drives or is the data source somewhere else?
