I'm trying to use the command line interface on a Debian Stretch 9.4 virtual machine(The node itself is Proxmox 5), but it hangs with almost every command I execute. I constantly have to find the process and kill it to continue entering commands. I thought I would use the web access to bypass this problem, but that also hangs.
I've tried it on Ubuntu 18.04, and I didn't encounter any problem on the command line.
Here is the kernel: 4.9.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.88-1+deb9u1 (2018-05-07) x86_64 GNU/Linux. I couldn't find anything meaningful in the CloudBerry logs folder.
I'm using this version: ubuntu14_CloudBerryLab_CloudBerryBackup_v2.4.3.11_20180511134446.deb
Any ideas? I'm trying to test this so that I can recommend it to a client.
Hi John, thanks for reporting it. We saw it once on a CentOS 7 machine, found no workaround to this.
I will pass it to our R&D, the fix is supposed to be included in the next release.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
Thank you for the response. Is there an ETA on the release? Or is there a Linux distribution that you could recommend as working with the current version?
