Internet sharing with wireless cannot work because the hot-spot needs the antenna and you can’t use it at the same time for both purposes.

What you can do is Use your PC as a mobile hotspot to share your Ethernet connection over WiFi:

Open PC Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile hotspot
Under Share my Internet connection from, choose the Ethernet connection
Under Share my Internet connection over choose Wi-Fi
Select Edit and set the network name and password then click Save
On the top of the page, set to On the option of Share my Internet connection with other devices
