I'm in the same boat having been forced (as they remove my old license) to the same version with the same problem. I don't understand what and how much I backup has got to do with CB, this is a deal I made with my provider not CB. AND now your forcing end user to upgrade to your ultimate version just because of this fake limit you have imposed. Friggin terrible .

This is fast becoming a nightmare.

I have been given a link to perform an upgrade (for $40), but have to release my existing license, which I have. Now when I return to that site it reports that the license has been disabled, so I'm left with nothing to use now, cannot use my existing solution as I have no valid license anymore and cannot upgrade for the very same reason.
