Remote Assistant Shut Down Completely When Attempting To Update Address Book
Prior to your reply I tried a couple of things:
1) Disabled virus software, but in doing so, that did not resolve the issue
2) Checked for Windows Updates (incomplete and/or pending). I noticed that the system had a lot of incomplete and pending updates. So I made sure all updates were successfully completed which afterwards the system restarted. Upon the restart, I retried and now everything works perfectly.
