Having just run across the same issue(*) I'll second this request. It would be nice to be able to see these symlinks/junctions in the dialog to select files to back up (preferably with a different icon to be able to distinguish them), but an option to skip symlinks/junctions altogether would also be desirable.

*) Funnily, it didn't show up when I was running CloudBerry Backup using the Local System account, only after I switched to using an account in the Backup Operators group, which I needed to be able to back up to a file system account.
