Not sure what to do to get this working. I have downloaded using two different email addresses. I get emails back from Andy saying “why haven’t you activated”, but no emails with my activation code. emails not in spam folder.
[reply=“w5iua;d1723”] as I recall the activation code is on the download screen. So go back to the download screen redownload the product and check the screen for your activation code.
David, I must be doing something wrong. I see no activation code when downloading, and why does the Activation screen say “…activation code you received at the email address specified…”??
[reply=“w5iua;6163”] I just checked and it’s on the download screen after you enter your info and click the download link. Please check again and provide additional details if you’re not seeing it.
[reply=“w5iua;6163”] You can also try “I don’t have a code” button in the application, which allows you to activate the software after entering an email.
