We are currently seeing the attached error message when trying to set up a new Cloudberry installation. We’ve run some tests using AWS CLI and are able to add/remove files successfully. We’re on Cloudberry Explorer 5.9. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Hello Blake,
We have added support for AF-South-1region in our latest update. Please download the latest version of our software. This should help.
Hi Peter,
Thanks so much for your help. I have upgraded to the latest version but we are still seeing the error. I’ve attached a copy of the logs in case that might provide some more insight.

Hello Blake,
Thank you for the log file. Unfortunately I was not able to reproduce the issue that you have mentioned and I was able to create a new bucket in Cape Town region. The error itself is rather not really informative. However it probably relates to main region setting. Here is one of the old post from AWS forums:
AWS documentation they refer to:
Could you please try to change primary region to US East (Northern Virginia)(It worked for me) in advanced setting of the S3 account in Explorer?

This should help.
