All Backups stuck at Running

Windows Server 2019 Hyper-V, All 8 VM’s are stuck on the status Running, They have been stuck there for weeks and never actually have made a backup to our local repository. I also have to force stop the backup plan because the auto stop does not actually do anything either.

Any help would be appreciated

Cloudberry Backup VM Edition, Build: 6.0.0.249,
It gives me an invalid file path error when trying to submit a ticket because the software has never actually completed a backup and there are no logs.

In the meantime, please update to 6.0.2, I think there was a fix to a similar issue, maybe even this particular issue.
