Alternate Way to Release License?

Hi. I’ve read the official directions on how to release my license from within CloudBerry Backup, but I unfortunately had to reformat my laptop before I was able to release the license assigned to it.

Is there a web-based or human-based alternative that I can use to transfer the license to my newly-formatted computer?
