Hello,
In the context of Managed Services, in our country we have business prospects that have very little cybersecurity awareness/procedures and as a result they are reluctant and afraid of a provider connecting remotely to their systems… they think everything is insecure to do if they cannot see what is being done.
Will the Managed edition of Remote Assistant have a way of letting the end customer either authorize, be notified in real-time or have a way of centrally reviewing these connections by any user?
We think that if the tool has this kind of audit trail as well as a real-time notification scheme, the business responsibles will probably have more confidence in this type of connections.
Thanks,
