Hi,

having a problem adding the account.

AADSTS50011: The reply url specified in the request does not match the reply urls configured for the application: ‘bcde2216-9166-478f-8d0e-419cbaa660b6’.

I have tried 2 accounts, with and without 2FA. in-private browser etc.

Any ideas??

[reply=“James Dyke;1101”] Are you using Managed Backup? If so, the first link requires you log into the service first. Can you clarify if you are trying to back up an Azure VM using CloudBerry Image Backup?

Hi, already have an azure account, yes managed backup.

im trying to add the Azure VM Storage account, haven’t got to the backup yet.

[reply=“James Dyke;1104”] Can you clarify what you mean by Azure VM Storage? I assumed you were adding an Azure blob storage account (https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/storage/blobs/).

I have added the blob storage that’s easy. To restore to azure you need an azureVM account added.

Hi, that way does not let you add the VM account. says contact cloudberry support.

The account needs to be added in the portal 1st.

If you try to add when signed into https://www.mspbackups.com, the reply URL is https://mspbackups.com.

YOU MUST sign in to https://mspbackups.com to add the Azure VM account….

Ok, so now i have it added, is there a walk through on how to restore from the WEB, NOT the client.

i have setup storage accounts, VN’s for both the restore and the temp instance but i cannot get the temp instance to see the storage, VN’s are fine but the storage WONT show.
